  • On-site support
    We come to your office and help you with the problem you are facing.

  • Remote support

    This form of support involves:
    1. Help desk
      You create a support ticket through our help desk system and we will respond with assistance which may include a visual step by step self help guide.
      This option is ideal for those who prefer to solve the problem themselves but need guidance. It's a great way to learn the ins and outs of MYOB.
      In addition, you can login anytime to refer to all your support requests history and the resolution to the problem you faced. Over time, you would have built up your very own quick reference guide.
    2. Phone support
      Call us with your problem and we will assist you to solve it over the phone. We generally discourage this as, unless you are very familiar with MYOB, it is not easy for you to follow through on verbal instructions.
    3. Remote access
      We use state-of-the-art remote access tools to log in to your PC and help you with the problem.
      Access to your PC is permission based, which means that we cannot access your PC unless you explicitly grant us access. That permission is valid only during the support session, and once it ends, we will not be able to access your PC until the next time you grant us access.
      The advantage here is that you will be able to see exactly what we are doing, and follow through on the steps to resolve the problem.
      Also, because there is no traveling time involved, we are able to help you in a shorter time frame and is cost effective.

All support requests are by appointment only. We generally respond within 4 hours of your request

For customers who purchase from us and take our implementation and training packages, we offer one (1) year remote support.

By the way, our support includes not just MYOB, but also accounting. That's the unique advantage we bring to your business.
