Many business transactions, such as rent, telephone bills and Internet accounts recur periodically.
With MYOB, you can choose to save any transaction, including invoices and purchases, as a recurring transaction.
You can recall a recurring transaction at any time, adjust the amount, and record it, all with a few clicks of the mouse!
Recurring transactions can be set up from the following transaction windows:
Simply enter the details of the transaction and click the Save Recurring button at the bottom of the window. Give the transaction a name, specify the frequency and the day of the month that it is next due. Click OK.
There are two ways of accessing a recurring transaction, depending on whether you want to use the transaction as is, or whether you need to change the details of the transaction.
